Mallory Bostwick joins Chamber as Events and Safety Council Manager

Native Ross Countian ready to help members connect, stay safe

The Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the appointment of Mallory Bostwick as the new Events and Safety Council Manager. A longtime resident of Chillicothe with a robust background in commercial sales, planning, and community engagement, Bostwick joins the team ready to drive value for the Chamber’s investors and partners.

In this dual role, Bostwick will oversee the planning and execution of the Chamber’s signature networking events and coordinate the Ross County Safety Council, a vital program that helps local employers maintain safe workplaces while maximizing workers’ compensation rebates.

"We are absolutely thrilled to have Mallory join our staff," said Mike Throne, President and CEO of the Chillicothe Ross Chamber. "Her deep roots in Ross County, combined with her corporate experience in regulatory compliance and strategic planning, make her the perfect person to lead our Safety Council and event initiatives. Mallory understands that we exist to make this community the best place to grow and thrive, and her energy will be a tremendous asset to our investors."

Bostwick brings more than a decade of professional experience to the position. Most recently, she serves as a Realtor® with E-Merge Real Estate Crossroads and spent seven years as a Senior Product Manager at Health Care Logistics. Her background is uniquely suited for this role, blending event logistics experience—having chaired annual educational conferences—with the technical compliance knowledge required to manage Safety Council regulations.

"I look forward to connecting with our business community and creating environments where our members can learn, network, and succeed," Bostwick said.

Bostwick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Public Relations & Marketing from the University of Dayton. She is an active community volunteer, including more than a decade of service on the Bishop Flaget School Advisory Board.
